Job Description

Position: Field Service Technician

Type: Permanent

Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: AU$ 70,000 p/a

Benefits: Visa sponsorship (if required)

Skills Provision is seeking a highly suitable Field Service Technician for a position based in Sydney, Australia.

The employing company provides laundry-based equipment to:

  • Care homes
  • Hospitals
  • Dry cleaners
  • Industrial sites

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of laundry equipment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain laundry equipment
  • Install equipment into commercial and industrial sites
  • Fault find and troubleshoot as required
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Endorse company products
  • Professionally represent the employing company
Requirements

Education: Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification, Unrestricted electricians license or relevant experience

Skills and experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematic diagrams/drawings
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Valid and current driving license (mandatory)
  • For international applicants requiring visa sponsorship, meet the requirements set by the Australian Department of Home Affairs, including passing an English proficiency exam
