Overview

For a client of expertech we are urgently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to work on an Enterprise Level CMS project. In this hybrid role you will join the project in the build phase, work with a large team and a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver the CMS project. We are looking for excellent communicators who have worked on CMS projects before and ideally have come from a consultancy background.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the seamless delivery of projects by maintaining visibility over day-to-day activities and progress on milestones, clear project scoping, tracking, and documentation.
  • Be the point of contact for the client and consultancy team, advocating for both where necessary.
  • Liaise with both management and the client, keeping them informed of project delivery and budgetary status.
  • Maintain and improve processes to ensure the business works as effectively as possible.
  • Oversee and lead the development team in the production process, taking responsibility for work being produced to an excellent standard and on time.
  • Gather and produce requirements, identifying and assessing solutions.
  • Track project tasks and progress, including managing Jira sprints, boards, and tickets, and ensuring accurate time tracking in Jira.
  • Produce clear documentation of projects and ensure all relevant project documentation is stored in Confluence, including but not limited to:
