Sales & Warehouse Operator (Gyprock) - Silverwater, NSW

CSR Limited is hiring for the Sales & Warehouse Operator (Gyprock) - Silverwater, NSW role based in Silverwater, NSW. This Full-time position reports to the Store Manager and involves delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse.
- Stock movements and maintenance of stock.
- Serve customers in the warehouse area, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
- Ensure documentation, labeling and presentation of products are adhered to.
- Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
- Contribute to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Forklift licence is essential.
- Strong work ethic and ability to engage with customers confidently.
- Eagerness to learn about products and services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; well-presented when dealing with customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Hours are Monday to Friday between 6am–4pm. A few Saturdays per month, 6am–11am (overtime).
