Base pay range

A$52,000.00/yr - A$56,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring, testing and recording of wastewater at various points throughout the process
  • Operation of Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) equipment
  • Preparation of treatment chemicals for removal of bio-solids
  • Operation of equipment for removal of bio-solids
  • Troubleshooting of the Waste Water Treatment Process
  • Monitor pumps, aerators and valves
  • Monitoring and controlling odour emissions
  • Preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks associated with the wastewater plant
  • Full training will be provided in the role
Qualifications and preferences
  • Preference given to those with previous wastewater treatment experience, biological nutrient removal experience, or science-based work experience/qualifications
