Overview

Biosymm Belmont, Western Australia, Australia. We are looking for a Massage Therapist and a Massage Therapist Lead to join our growing team in Belmont. The role is full-time, with on-site and in-clinic massage services for private and corporate clients to meet injury management and employee wellbeing requirements. The Massage Therapist Lead coordinates and grows the corporate wellness service and mentors a growing team of Massage Therapists.

Drive-in / drive-out and fly-in / fly-out rosters vary depending on respective work sites. Services provided include massage therapy services and general health promotion services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services to private and corporate clients (in-clinic and on-site).
  • For the Lead role: coordinate and grow the corporate wellness service and mentor a team of Massage Therapists.
  • Support injury management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Engage with workplaces to deliver massage and health promotion services.
What You Need
  • Diploma in Massage Therapy or higher and current professional association membership
  • Past experience in leading and mentoring teams (as the Lead)
  • Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to use electronic client management systems and MS Suite
  • Ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Current C Class Manual Driver's License with the ability to drive a manual light vehicle
