THE ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic multitasker to join us as a Podcast Campaign Manager in our Digital Audio team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring our Podcast Campaigns are on-time, on-brand, and on-voice. You will be part of a team that enjoys gigs, van life, good wine, and the outdoors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client podcast campaigns, including asset creation, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Communicate with podcast partners, talent, and internal teams to deliver campaigns across Nova Entertainment's Podcast Network and platforms.
  • Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including Talent, content teams, CREATE, Ad Operations, sales, and finance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with podcast partners, talent, and internal teams.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a portfolio of work to share.
  • Experience in campaign creation, delivery, and project management, with excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders through various communication channels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with podcast partners, talent, and internal teams.
