Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Melbourne, VIC

Full-Time / Part-Time | Hybrid (Clinic + Work-from-Home + Community)

The Role:

  • Provide targeted therapy to children aged 0-18 years, focusing on developmental milestones and functional outcomes.
  • Deliver assessments, interventions, and goal-oriented therapy in clinic and community settings.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team to optimize care plans.
  • Mentor junior therapists, contributing to a culture of learning and professional excellence.
  • Enjoy flexible work arrangements, allowing you to balance clinic hours and remote sessions.

About You:

  • 1-3+ years of paediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
  • AHPRA registration and current Working with Children Check.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for paediatrics and client-centred care.
