Senior Occupational Therapist - Return to Your Clinical Roots

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist missing hands-on clinical work? Ready to step away from case management and return to what you love most about OT?

UNLIMIT-ED is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our established Melbourne team. We're offering the perfect blend of complex clinical work and work-life balance, with no case management responsibilities.

We understand that everyone's ideal work arrangement is different. Whether you're looking for full-time stability, part-time flexibility, or contract work, we're open to discussing arrangements that suit your lifestyle and career goals.

What Makes This Role Different?

  • Focus on pure clinical OT work - no case management or return to work coordination
  • Specialised assessments and equipment prescription including cleaning and gardening equipment, home modifications, wheelchair, seating, mobility scooter
  • One-off assessments rather than ongoing caseload management
  • Genuine work-life balance with full remote working options
  • Modern CBD office available when you need it
  • Competitive salary package $101K-$120K (including super)

Your New Role Will Include:

  • Prescribing and trialling assistive technology
  • Delivering home-based functional education sessions
  • Conducting detailed home modification assessments
  • Working directly with NDIS, TAC, and WorkSafe Victoria clients

Why Make The Move?

  • Return to core OT skills without the administrative burden of case management
  • Manageable workload with focus on quality over quantity
  • Full flexibility to work from home with optional CBD office access
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in complex home modifications and specialised equipment prescription
  • Supportive team environment focused on clinical excellence

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an OT (rehabilitation or community experience highly regarded)
  • AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle

Ready to refocus on what matters most - making a real difference in your clients' lives? Apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion about your next career move.
