Your contribution to the team includes
The role of Retail Sales Assistant provides assistance to the Merchandise team with facilitating all aspects of the retail operations at the Western Bulldogs. This role is also responsible for:

• Providing all customers with an efficient, friendly, high-quality service which deals with a complete range of customer enquiries within all aspects of the merchandise department
  
• Attend to telephone and email enquiries from internal and external customers.
  
• Maintain knowledge of product, current sales and promotions
  
• Assist Merchandise & eCommerce Coordinator in the effective management of all administrative duties within the retail store.
  
• Assist merchandise team on event days and game days as required.
  

Skills and experience

• Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge
  
• Basic knowledge of Point-of-Sale System (Lightspeed or similar) preferred
  
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platform (Big Commerce or similar) preferred
  
• High level of Customer service skills
  
• Previous retail operations experience essential
  
• Ability to deliver department objectives and sales budget
