Part studio, part showroom, the space is curated to reflect the brand's signature imagery and design ethos, offering customers a tactile, immersive experience. Every detail — from the furnishings to the flow — is considered to evoke the same enduring edge and effortless ease that defines our collections.

About the Role

We're seeking Retail Sales Assistants to join our Melbourne boutique team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Scarlet & Sam's first store, bringing our brand to life through exceptional customer service, styling, and store presentation.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of Scarlet & Sam in-store—delivering warm, personalised service, supporting daily operations, and ensuring our boutique reflects the standard and style of our collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, one-on-one styling experience that inspires customer confidence and loyalty.

• Maintain a beautifully presented store that aligns with Scarlet & Sam's aesthetic.

• Support day-to-day operations including stock management, replenishment, and transaction processing.

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.

• Build strong relationships with customers, nurturing ongoing connections.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a fashion retail store.

• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

• Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday required).

• A genuine affinity for the Scarlet & Sam style and values.

• Seasonal Scarlet & Sam pieces to wear as your staff wardrobe.
