The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time role based in Coburg, VIC. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in assisting clients through the buying and selling process while developing your own sales pipeline.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting with property sales campaigns, open homes, and inspections.
  • Supporting senior agents with negotiations, vendor reporting, and marketing.
  • Managing buyer enquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Building strong client relationships and creating new business opportunities.
  • Staying across market trends, property values, and competitor activity.

This role is designed to accelerate your career progression into a full Sales Consultant position.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience (real estate preferred but not essential).
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or actively working towards).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and organised with excellent time management.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn, with a team-focused mindset.
