About the Property Investment Store

Established in 2007, the Property Investment Store is a property investment business focusing on customer service and satisfaction. We offer a broad range of property investment options across Australia, including dual key and duplex homes, standard house & land packages, and custom-designed NDIS SDA homes. Our team is a leader in the fractional investment space, providing opportunities for every investor. We also offer comprehensive support through our internal finance brokers and property management business, boasting a 95% occupancy rate for NDIS SDA homes.

We are seeking Consultants eager to learn and excel in a new industry, with opportunities to join a growing and diverse Australian property investment team. There is potential to build your own business and sales team within our supportive and high-performing workplace environment. This role offers the chance to earn a significant, uncapped income.

About the role

The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads into property investment sales. Booked appointments will be provided. Our established sales process, supported by our CRM, ensures that you will deal only with motivated buyers. You will develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, following up to assist them in their property investment journey. Please note, this is an independent contractor role paid on a commission-only basis.

Potential earnings between $150,000 and $300,000+ per annum, based on performance.

This is a commission-only role. Applicants must be able to support themselves financially for the first 3 months. This model allows you to maximize your earning potential and back yourself to earn a substantial income.
