ABOUT YOU
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a university course in one of the above disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to apply academic knowledge to practical outcomes - be hands-on.

Note: Specific field experience is preferred for engineering and construction/project management disciplines.

Your career with Winslow begins in the field, working alongside our operations team.

  • Start on our construction sites, learning how we build civil projects before managing them.
  • Assist the Foreman and Project Manager with planning, programming, compliance, and client relations.
  • Monitor construction performance against schedules and budgets.
  • Report and address performance issues.
  • Manage production cost reporting weekly and monthly.
  • Procure plant, equipment, and materials.
  • Help develop and review Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements.
