Overview

Amer Sports is a leading outdoor and sporting goods company with global brands including Wilson, Salomon, Arc'teryx, and Atomic. Our ANZ team delivers exceptional consumer experiences, and we are recruiting a Finance Analyst to join a dynamic, fun and supportive Finance team.

About the Role: As a Finance Analyst, you will partner with the Finance Director and Finance Business Partners to deliver high-quality financial analysis, insights, and reporting. Your work will enable the business to make well-informed decisions that drive stability, growth, and profitability. You'll collaborate closely with commercial and sales teams, support key projects such as One Stream and Oracle implementation, and provide ongoing support across the finance function.

What You'll Do
  • Support system data reconciliation, uploads, and maintenance across finance systems (One Stream, Oracle, SAP)
  • Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly results analysis
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Prepare accurate financial reports for both local and global teams
  • Partner with brand teams to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Provide analysis and commentary on cost centre results, highlighting productivity and cost-saving initiatives
  • Deliver meaningful insights to support commercial and operational decision-making
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 8 years' financial experience, ideally in a matrix organisation
  • Strong background in budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Tertiary degree with CA/CPA qualification
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, One Stream, and BI tools (e.g. SAP Analysis, Power Query)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across local and global teams
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
