Data Entry Clerk - State Government

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong administrative skills, enjoy working with databases, and are available to start immediately.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To accurately enter and update data into internal systems.
  • To clarify information via phone calls.
  • To verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
  • To maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
  • To perform regular data backups.
  • To generate reports and summaries when required.
  • To liaise with team members to resolve data-related queries.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
