The Opportunity:

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage high-frequency, low-latency trading strategies across crypto markets
  • Analyse market microstructure, order flow, and liquidity dynamics to uncover edge
  • Optimise risk management frameworks and trading execution performance
  • Collaborate with our trading and software engineering teams to deploy and develop new crypto strategies
  • Identify new opportunities to scale trading volumes and profitability

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in crypto markets with a strong track record of success, deep market understanding, and a drive to generate P&L through new strategies
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills
  • Hands-on experience with Python, C++, or similar for trading strategy development
  • A relentless drive to find alpha and deliver results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ambition to lead and build teams over time
