What You Will Be Doing :

  • Responsible for working on Catalogue, POS, Press, Electronic Direct Mail, VM, and other marketing collateral for the Spotlight Retail Group's brands.
  • Building high-caliber collateral from supplied briefs.
  • Adhering to brand style guides and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Implementing creative direction from start to finish.
  • Ensuring all visual communication standards are met.
  • Proofreading own work for accuracy.
  • Managing workload to meet deadlines, communicating and negotiating around timings, and assisting where needed.
  • Understanding and adhering to briefs.
  • Producing artwork-ready files on time with high attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met, and projects are released accurately and efficiently.

About You

  • A relevant tertiary education in a creative field.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  • Experience with Figma, Premiere, After Effects, and AI image generation models is advantageous.
  • Strong design, typographical, layout, and production skills.
  • Ability to understand retail event timelines, schedules, and the annotation and approval process between retail studio and marketing team.
  • Sharp eye for detail to deliver high-quality, accurate artwork.
  • Experience navigating studio servers and DAMs is advantageous.
