We specialise in tailored solutions for telecommunication wireless installation, design and LOS surveys, telecom network infrastructure, and a broad range of IT services, including CRM, ERP, application development, IT infrastructure management, computer networking solutions, and ERP systems for clients.
We have recently been awarded a major project to maintain a company-wide network infrastructure and IT systems, which demonstrates the trust we have built in the industry. Due to increasing demand from other clients, we are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled and motivated Computer Network and System Engineer to join our professional and collaborative environment.
Role Overview:
As a Computer Network and System Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting internal systems and business applications. This role blends responsibilities across network administration, systems support, user support, and business application maintenance, including ERP/CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, install, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and VPNs.< r>
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance, internet connectivity, and system uptime across multiple sites.< r>
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).< r>
• Perform routine system maintenance including backups, updates, patching, hardware diagnostics, and server health checks.< r>
• Provide responsive Level 1 and 2 technical support to internal staff for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment.< r>
• Administer user accounts, system access, Microsoft 365/email accounts, and endpoint security tools.< r>
• Support ERP and CRM applications by resolving user issues, coordinating with development teams, and assisting with testing, updates, and data entry validations.< r>
• Document IT infrastructure, network topology, issue resolution procedures, and operational processes.< r>
• Participate in the onboarding/offboarding of employees and manage IT asset inventory.< r>
• Implement security best practices, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with internal policies.< r>
• Liaise with external vendors and managed service providers to escalate and resolve complex system or network issues.< r>
• Collaborate with the IT Manager and project teams to support infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, and client solutions.< r>
• Provide training and guidance to users and junior IT staff or interns as needed.< r>
• Proactively monitor system logs, network traffic, and hardware performance to ensure stability and efficiency.< r>
Other Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration roles.
• Practical experience with business applications such as ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise tools.< r>
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, hardware, and infrastructure.< r>
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and documentation best practices.< r>
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are highly regarded.< r>
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.< r>

Role Overview:
As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining CRM, ERP, and other business applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that ensure efficiency, security, and scalability.
The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
• Work closely with engineers and developers to determine requirements and design system components.< r>
• Design and develop software applications tailored to diverse user needs.< r>
• Investigate and resolve software and system malfunctions.< r>
• Debug and optimize program logic to ensure system stability.< r>
• Perform software testing and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.< r>
• Provide ongoing support to engineers, developers, quality assurance teams, and end-users.< r>
• Develop detailed specifications for software applications and hardware integrations.< r>
• Plan and oversee operational details for various computer systems.< r>
• Create technical illustrations and documentation for engineering designs.< r>
• Assess project feasibility and contribute to the overall software development strategy.< r>
Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related field.< r>
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.< r>
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or other relevant programming languages.< r>
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.< r>
• Strong expertise in developing and maintaining business applications.< r>
• Solid understanding of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.< r>
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.< r>
• Experience in CRM and ERP development.< r>
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).< r>
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integration, and microservices architecture.< r>
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
