Assistant Manager - Greenwood Hotel at Endeavour Group

We're on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Greenwood Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals. The Greenwood Hotel is a local favourite and an intrinsic part of the community, connected to our locals and beyond. Located to the north of Perth's CBD, we believe that good food should be shared with company, the game should always be on with a beer in hand and all should be welcome. Just a 15 minute drive out of the city centre, and a short drive from Sorrento Beach, we've been sitting on Warwick Road for years, embedding ourselves in the suburb.

Responsibilities
  • Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
  • Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
  • Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
  • Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
  • Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
About You / Qualifications
  • You've been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
  • You've learned from great managers and now you're ready to step up
  • You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
  • You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
