The Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our US expansion and shape the next generation of AI-powered compliance products. You'll drive strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and bring new AI experiences to market that transforms how compliance gets done.

What You'll Do

• Set strategy & roadmap: Define the product strategy and ruthlessly prioritise to deliver the biggest impact
• Lead the product end-to-end: From discovery with customers to delivering high-quality features. Balance speed and focus so the team ships improvements that meet business goals.
• Drive 0→1 innovation: explore new opportunities, validate them quickly with customers, and scale the most promising ideas into market-ready products.
• Champion the customer: Partner with compliance, legal, and marketing teams to uncover pain points and co-design solutions
• Scale the AI engine: Collaborate with ML and infra to ship LLM features with enterprise-grade performance, efficiency, and guardrails.
• Lead & mentor – Align cross-functional teams, grow product managers, and raise the quality bar.
