As a Platform Communications Developer, you will become an integral part of our dynamic team dedicated to developing and enhancing Culture Amp's essential communication services. These services facilitate seamless inbound and outbound communication across various channels, including email, SMS, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain services that connect people through various channels of communication (Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Email, to name a few).
  • Maintain and improve on a dynamic microservice architecture that involves services written in Typescript, Golang, and Ruby.
  • Participate in team rituals and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering culture, productivity, and quality.

What You'll Need
  • 2 to 4 years of back-end experience working on microservices.
  • Experience with backend languages such as Golang, Typescript, and Ruby.
  • Experience with backend frameworks like Node and Golang as well as building APIs.
