Who We're Looking For

This is an opportunity for a highly capable Coordinator to join our National HR Team as part of the Learning & Culture function. You will play an important role managing the coordination of L&C programs and initiatives to ensure they are delivered with maximum impact, in line with our brand. Your day-to-day tasks will include program coordination (logistics/participant management/stakeholder communication/various administrative tasks) and over overseeing the support of L&C systems and technology (aptitude for technology is important here).

Success in this role relies on excellent organisational and time management skills, high standards of quality and customer service and a solid understanding of the purpose, intent and content of L&C programs and initiatives. We want you to be a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders. An interest in Learning & Culture (L&D and/or OD) is advantageous.

Flexibility options are available. This is a role within a national team that can be based in any of our working regions – Brisbane, Sydney, Perth or Melbourne.
