The role

Our Network Planning Analyst will work with our new network planning team to support the growth, expansion and profitability plans of 7-Eleven's retail store network. You will identify prime locations for new stores, optimizing the performance of existing locations, and work with our team of Store Developers to drive business expansion.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Work with the team to develop the network plan for 7-Eleven to identify new store and expansion opportunities
  • Evaluate and prepare market assessments for fuel and non-fuel store opportunities
  • Create, manage and update templates and reports for site evaluate and performance reporting purposes
  • Create, introduce and maintain GIS / spatial data sets
  • Source and manage data used for market assessment and research purposes
  • Collaborate with teams across the 7-Eleven business to support and build robust project business cases
What's in your toolkit?
  • Experience in retail network planning (client side preferred)
  • Proficient in market analysis and data-driven decision-making, using best-in-class tools
  • Experience in Store Impact studies and Project Implementation Reviews (PIR)
  • Solid GIS (MapInfo) and spatial data management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a high-performance environment
  • Commitment to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction through strategic network planning and optimisation
