How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Design and analyze advanced network configurations to meet diverse client communication needs and performance standards.
- Conduct end-to-end network architecture design, including capacity assessments, feasibility studies, and impact analyses.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation, such as TSD, HLD, and LLD, for operational consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure compliance with performance criteria.
- Engage with customers to provide expert advice on network architecture and strategic decision-making.
- Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in network operations.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives and professional growth.
- Support project reviews and develop corrective action plans for technical issues arising during project delivery.
Key Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with 5-8 years of experience in telecom industry focused on IP technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Nokia IP Routing portfolio and solutions. Nokia SRA / SRC track training and experience desirable
- Proven expertise in designing networking solutions for Critical Infrastructure customers.
- Strong understanding of IP/MPLS Networks, Segment Routing, and Data Center solutions
- Ability to generate technical documentation, including TSD, HLD, and LLD.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with Nokia NSP/NFM-P or other vendor NMS solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIE, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and programming languages such as Python or Perl.
- Familiarity with E2E Mobile Solutions and Telco Cloud fabrics.
