We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Assistants - Mainstream for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Willetton Primary School (PS) is a high achieving school of choice, offering Kindergarten to Year 6. • Work as part of a dedicated team to support students and achieve best educational outcomes.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of the learning environment, including equipment, materials and resources for use in classes.
• Assist with displays and with cleaning and safe storage of items after classes and activities.
• Assist the teacher with the care and supervision of students in out-of-class activities and on school excursions.
• Adapt tasks to meet student needs, reflect on practice and respond to feedback to guide professional growth.
• Collaborate with staff to monitor student progress and contribute advice and expertise.
• Help establish a positive school culture with high expectations for learning and behaviour.

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment.
• Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
