Carco has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, customer-oriented Receptionist to join our vibrant Midland Hub team

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating attention to detail.

The Role:

  • Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
  • Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
  • Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
  • Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management
  • Saturday half day is required

YOU:

  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude
  • Enthusiastic, honest, and professional
  • Computer literate and able to multitask
  • Dealership receptionist experience preferred, but not essential

Roster:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 8am – 5pm
  • Saturdays 8am – 1pm
