About the Role
  • Deliver assessments & counselling to individuals experiencing changes in career goals and circumstances.
  • Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new careers.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and develop programs to support injured employees.
  • Visit workplaces to assess challenges and educate employers on health benefits of good work.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work (Masters level preferred).
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC.
  • Interest in working out of Darwin with regional travel opportunities.
  • Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset aligned with Arriba Group's culture.

Your Role
