About The Position

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waitstaff to help bring our passion for Japanese cuisine to life.

  • Collaborate with our vibrant crew, supporting each other to achieve excellence.
  • Assist management in monitoring service requirements, ensuring our guests receive an unforgettable experience.
  • Confidently handle your own area, from taking orders to delivering impeccable service.
  • Share our love for Japanese food (don't worry, we'll train you) and spark curiosity around our wine and sake offerings.
  • Expand your knowledge of beverages and Japanese dining traditions to consistently delight our guests.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in premium dining environments as a section waiter.
  • We thrive on weekends—so if you're ready to bring your best when we need you most, we want to hear from you
  • A friendly demeanour that shines through whether you're chatting with guests or colleagues.
  • You love connecting with people, both front-of-house and behind the scenes.
  • You're up for regular training, self-development, and exploring new ways to elevate the guest experience.
