Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, as Store Manager – Marion, you will be responsible for achieving store financial targets and KPIs, while leading a motivated team to exceed expectations.

What to expect daily:

  • Foster a customer-focused environment and set an example in the in-store experience
  • Develop your team's potential, driving sales and productivity to meet business goals
  • Utilize visual merchandising skills to create an inviting store atmosphere
  • Manage store rostering and wages with a focus on financial efficiency
  • Handle stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced setting to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor sales performance, recognize achievements, and identify improvement opportunities; communicate insights to team and management
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit dedicated retail professionals

Note: Rotating fortnightly roster

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
  • A passion for retail
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create effective rosters
  • Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate peers
