About the role

Join our Healesville Homeas aPersonal Care Attendant (PCA) and feel supported with ongoing training .

Exciting opportunities for Personal Care Attendant s to join our team on a Casual or Part Time basis .

Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you :

  • Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
  • Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
  • Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active.
  • Keep tabs on our residents' health – helping with treatments
  • Be a friend to our residents.
  • Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.

You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with :

A real desire to make a difference in people's livesA certificate III or IV in Aged CareTime spent working as a caregiver or similarSolid clinical documentation and computer skills
