Job Description

Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to perform maintenance and repairs on sampling station, 415v stacking conveyor and general operational duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring that our equipment operates at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues on plant and equipment as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and repair equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete complex repair projects.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Current & Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance (within 3 months of issue date)
  • WA 'A' Grade Electrical Licence
  • HV Switching Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • LVR/CPR Certificate
  • Working at Heights
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • High Risk Work Licence - WP, RA, DG (Desirable)
  • Experienced Electrician working on sampling stations, stacking conveyors or similar equipment with proven high voltage experience.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety.
