Lead a Team to Excellence

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse in-charge to lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional care. You will foster inclusivity, build long-lasting relationships with residents and their families, and ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all.

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role is essential.
  • You will be able to lead, share knowledge, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will use the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, to coordinate, motivate, and develop their team. They will also complete accurate and timely documentation and provide support to their Clinical Manager.

This is a full-time role working Tuesday - Saturday 08:00-16:00 at our beautiful Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village in Melbourne.
