You'll be part of a fun, collaborative, and fast-paced environment where creativity thrives. Our Melbourne office—right in the heart of the CBD—is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight, which means every second Friday is all yours to relax and reset.

A day in the life?
As a Social Media Content Producer, you'll help bring The Howie Games and other LiSTNR Sport podcasts to life with standout, engaging social content.

From editing punchy short-form video to creating scroll-stopping tiles and podcast highlights, you'll be at the forefront of our digital storytelling. You'll be hands-on across video, design, scheduling, and community management—and you'll work closely with our hosts and production team to turn top-tier sporting moments into must-see digital content. Whether it's an AFL great, an Olympic hero or a surprise guest with a wild backstory—your content will help share their stories far and wide.

What You'll Need

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop

  • Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of tone for different social platforms

  • Solid grasp of sports culture and podcasting trends

  • Ability to interpret audience data and optimise content for performance
