The firm offers comprehensive corporate and commercial legal services to blue-chip clients across various industries. They are seeking an experienced Corporate Partner (10–25 years' PQE) to join their established corporate practice.

About the Role

You will collaborate with Corporate Partners nationally, oversee and mentor a team, and advise clients on matters including:

  • Public and private M&A (regulated & off-market)
  • Equity capital markets and backdoor listings
  • Corporate advisory and joint ventures
  • ASX listing rules and Corporations Act compliance

Exposure to all areas isn't essential, but you should be comfortable working across most of these areas.

Who We're Looking For
  • 10–25 years post-admission experience, ideally in Brisbane with a major national, mid-tier, or M&A boutique practice
  • Strong client relationship skills and proven business development success
  • Ability to supervise fees of $800K+ (salaried partner) or $1.6M+ (equity)
