Senior Consultant – Finance Transformation

Lead our diverse and collaborative teams through our clients' finance transformation journey. Build and grow Deloitte's thought leadership to drive innovation and shape future trends. Contribute to developing innovative solutions for our clients' most pressing challenges and actively participate in further building our highly successful advisory practice.

What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Consultant in our Finance Transformation team, you will lead a team of Deloitte's brightest minds to analyze clients' needs and requirements for transforming their Finance function. This will involve developing their future Finance Strategy and roadmap on how to achieve the strategy, redesigning current Finance processes, leveraging emerging and existing technologies, providing support for large ERP or EPM programs, designing future Finance Operating Models, and ensuring project delivery excellence through effective project and financial management. Use your interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and business acumen to support project delivery and business development.

You will be an integral part of a leading Finance Transformation practice in Australia, contributing to building our vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing culture and delivering value to clients.

You are someone with:

• 5+ years' experience in professional services or consulting, with relevant industry experience considered.
• Skills to critically appraise, analyze, collate, and distill data into compelling messages that influence change.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams, including international teams.
• Ability to foster change in ambiguous settings.

Additional desirable experience and qualifications include:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), EPM systems (e.g., SAC, Anaplan), and emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, data analytics).
• Hands-on finance experience in areas such as Strategy, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Controlling, Business Partnering, and Finance Operations.
