We are currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  2. Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported.
  3. Being a responsible key holder.
  4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
  5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
  6. Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
  7. Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team remains proactive.
  8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  9. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Our ideal Supervisor will have:

  1. Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
  2. Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
  3. A team player with a can-do attitude.
  4. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
