
Site Operions Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Operations Manager to join our team in the transport industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dangerous Goods industry and the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL). This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong computer proficiency, and a solid grasp of profit and loss (P&L) management.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage operations at the customer site, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Foster a safety-focused culture, prioritising the well-being of all team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, building strong relationships and facilitating collaboration.
- Plan and prioritise tasks to meet operational goals while working under pressure.
- Drive continuous improvements within the site, implementing proactive strategies rather than reactive measures.
- Demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions, setting a positive example for the team.
- Solve problems efficiently, addressing challenges as they arise while maintaining a focus on site success.
- Exhibit a can-do attitude, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve their best.

Qualifications- Strong leadership experience in the transport industry.
- Knowledge of the Dangerous Goods industry and HVNL regulations.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
- Understanding of P&L statements and financial management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
