Procare Forensics is seeking a dynamic Manager with personal injury experience to join our team. Reporting to our Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team of Forensic Accountants and growing our personal injury practice.

About You
Personal Injury Expertise: A must-have requirement. The ideal candidate should possess considerable expertise in personal injury cases.
Additional Forensic Accounting Experience: While personal injury is our primary focus, we value versatility. Candidates with blended experience in personal injury, business interruption, fraud, and commercial litigation are encouraged to apply.
Leadership and Collaboration: As a manager, you'll lead and collaborate with our talented Personal Injury team. Your ability to foster teamwork, participation and lead through consensus will be crucial.
Process Management: As a manager, you will have a direct impact on improving and monitoring the deliverable process.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Personal Injury team within Forensic Services
- Support Forensic Accountants and contribute to growing the personal injury practice
- Foster teamwork, participation and lead through consensus
- Improve and monitor the deliverable process
- Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years of forensic accounting experience
- Proven track record in personal injury matters
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
