Job DescriptionWe're looking for someone who is passionate about Audio Never considered Talk Radio? It's time to challenge your preconceptions (and misconceptions) Part of Nine Audio's Creative services team, the Audio Content Partnerships Manager works closely with producers, talent and sales teams to concept market leading solutions in response to a brand's marketing goals. The role is responsible for creating ideas for brands across all our audio platforms, both in programming and commercial airtime. This is a parental leave cover position, with the contract anticipated to go until March 2026.You will build and maintain amazing relationships with a diverse range of internal teams including sales, programming, and other support functions such as trade marketing, research and insights. Day to day you will:Work closely with our content teams & talent building strong relationships with key stakeholdersProduce compelling go to market collateral and be responsible for the timely communication of opportunities to the sales teamsDevelop bespoke integrated campaigns in response to client briefs utilising all the audio assets at your disposal to drive premium revenue across both audio only and multi-platform solutionsBe the specialist on our podcast content, provide content integration support and knowledge to sales teamsQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Radio / Podcast experience is essentialCreativity Ability to come up with ideas that deliver sales solutions that will connect with our audiences across Talk Radio, Catch Up podcasts & Original podcasts Proven experience negotiating with content creators, sales people, clients or agencies (ideally gained from working for media owners)Strategic thinking – why will our ideas and platform deliver for brandsExcellent Stakeholder Management – the ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams Pitch & Negotiation skills – being able to sell ideas into both content teams and into sales teamProject management skills and high attention to detailAdditional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team. About the role

Are Media is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand & Communications Manager to join our Marketing team in Sydney. In this key role, you'll drive the brand narrative and amplify the voice of our media brands across multiple platforms.

With your expertise in brand strategy, marketing communications, and content creation, you'll conceptualize compelling campaigns and craft engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience. Your ability to convey complex ideas through compelling storytelling will be essential in elevating our brand's presence and recognition in the market.

As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in brand management and communications, you'll bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to this pivotal position. You'll have the opportunity to shape the brand identity and growth trajectory of our iconic media brands, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our business objectives.

Duties

Developing and executing integrated brand and communications strategies that align with our business objectives.
Crafting engaging content across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity.
Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities for brand innovation and growth.

Skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management and communications roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and communications strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Proficient in digital marketing best practices, including social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative brand solutions.
