Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the enterprise risk management framework within assigned business units.
  • Run BU risk committees and strengthen governance practices.
  • Maintain and update risk registers, profiles, and control documentation.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and provide advice on risk treatment.
  • Monitor remediation actions and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Prepare risk reports and insights for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years' operational risk, controls, or compliance experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO, COSO, etc.).
  • Experience working with GRC systems and compliance reporting.
  • Confidence engaging with business leaders and external auditors.
