We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Geelong on a permanent full-time basis. We will provide full training, so if you are looking to start your career in customer service, this is the role for you

We require the successful candidate to be based in Geelong, Victoria, as this role will be based out of our office in Geelong.

In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. Your responsibilities will include providing phone and email customer service, sales, and support.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from commercial and residential customers
  • Proactively making outbound calls to existing customers to promote our products and services
  • Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
  • Scheduling services for residential customers
  • Converting inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Liaising with colleagues
  • Meeting KPI targets
  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring database accuracy and compliance

Ideal candidate must possess:

  • Experience in customer service or call centre environments (essential)
  • Must be based in Geelong, as this is an office-based role
  • Previous experience in phone sales and inquiry conversion
  • Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork skills to support colleagues
  • Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
  • Availability to work from the office Monday to Friday
