About the role

The Logistics Administrator role is a part-time position based at Springvale, Victoria. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor at our manufacturing site, you will work Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 3.00pm, assisting with administrative and operational tasks as directed.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Champion a safety-first culture within the factory, pursuing a zero-harm environment by ensuring 'Never Walk Past'.
  • Handle operations related to interlocking concrete roof tiles and their materials.
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers and prepare outgoing orders for customers.
  • Manage logistics, including processing SAP transactions for stock management and truck movements.
  • Assist with monthly stock takes.
  • Liaise with the transport hub.
  • Manage the mobile dock and time slotting system.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible warehouse.
  • Support customers by scheduling deliveries and onsite bookings.
