The firm has experienced consistent growth and is now seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to lead their Family Law Division—an exceptional leadership opportunity within a respected and collaborative environment.
About the position:
Our client is seeking an experienced 5+ PAE Family Lawyer to step into a Senior Associate role and join a dedicated family law team. This role is ideal for a senior practitioner who enjoys mentoring, business development, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You will join a talented team including a Junior Lawyer and two Paralegals, managing a high-quality mix of parenting, property, divorce, and domestic violence matters. The role offers reasonable billable targets, allowing time for business development, team management, and strategic input into the firm's growth.
This position suits an experienced Associate/Senior Associate - Family Lawyer ready for a leadership role or an existing Partner seeking new challenges with influence and autonomy.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years PAE in Family Law, with strong leadership experience
- Accreditation highly desirable
- Proven expertise in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, and DV matters
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
- Comfortable with business development and client relationship management
- A collaborative and driven mindset
