We're looking for a Family Lawyer with 2–3 years' post-admission experience who is not only confident in the courtroom but also enthusiastic about building strong client relationships, growing their professional network, and playing an active role in the continued success of our firm.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to be more than just a technician, you're motivated, proactive, and keen to engage with the community, referrers, and fellow professionals.

About the Role

You'll work alongside experienced practitioners on a diverse range of family law matters. You'll have carriage of files, client autonomy, and opportunities to appear in court, all while being supported and mentored as you grow.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years' post-admission experience in family law
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • A client-focused approach with excellent communication
  • Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively with a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to build professional networks
  • Willingness to participate in business development, networking events, and brand-building initiatives
