The Position

Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Teaching Assistant into the team at Woodbridge Road Academy from September .

You will work with individual pupils and groups of pupils, under the direction of a teacher/line manager, introducing tasks, monitoring pupils' work and using a range of strategies to support their learning. You will have the ability to draw on your specialist skills and knowledge to respond effectively to pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
