Job Title: Nursery Lunch Cover
Location: Kidbrooke Village, Unit 3, 14 Whittle Road, SE3 9GT
Salary: Up to £14 per hour
Hours: 4-day and 5-day working options
Reports to: Room Leader/Nursery Manager
What You'll Be Doing- Be All In: You bring commitment to creating a calm, safe, and nurturing lunchtime experience, ensuring children are well cared for and supported during this important part of their day.
- Come Together: You contribute through collaboration, working closely with colleagues and leadership to maintain routines, respond to children's needs, and uphold a positive team culture.
- Be Yourself: You demonstrate self-awareness in your interactions, adapting your approach to suit individual children and reflecting on how your support impacts their wellbeing.
- Go Further: You show ambition by taking pride in your role, seeking ways to improve lunchtime routines, and contributing to the overall quality of care and education.
