We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Personal Care Worker to join our team for permanent shifts in our Aged Care facility in Yackandandah, VIC.
About Troocoo: At Troocoo, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to seniors in our community. We are a compassionate and supportive team that believes in promoting dignity, respect, and a high quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Assist in meal preparation and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in the health and well-being of residents.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
- Ensure a compassionate, respectful, and patient approach in all care interactions.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorships offered)
