The Opportunity

Our client is growing their Melbourne team and seeking a Senior Account & Business Development Executive who is driven by building strong relationships and enabling client success.

This opportunity offers flexibility, work-life balance, and the autonomy to shape your success while being backed by a respected professional services brand.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with senior leadership to influence and execute business strategy.
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based client partnerships.
  • Drive new business growth across the Telco and IT sectors.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Lead and manage tender submissions, including RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs.

Your Impact

  • Demonstrated success in business development, account management, or sales within professional services.
  • Established network and deep understanding of the Telco and/or IT sector.
  • Consultative sales style with proven ability to engage, influence, and close.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for driving shared success.
