About the Location

Stay in a unique lakefront location when you choose BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola Located within a same-day drive from Sydney CBD or our nation's capital, Canberra, this park offers an array of accommodation from cabins to caravan sites and camping sites, surrounded by Lake Conjola and National Parkland.

Your Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on and proactive Grounds and Maintenance Officer to help keep our holiday park in top condition. If you take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, this could be the perfect role for you. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

What You'll Do

Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces with mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy Work collaboratively to provide excellent service and maintain a high standard across the site

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service A valid driver's licence Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
