Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our presence in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including jewellery retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
  2. Identify and acquire new wholesale customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  3. Present and promote jewellery collections to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  4. Negotiate and close wholesale deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-ups.
  6. Attend jewellery trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
  7. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  8. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and client interactions.
  10. Regular travel within your territory, approx. 7-10 days in a month.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Experience in jewellery/diamonds/watches wholesale sales or a similar B2B sales role is preferred.
  2. Existing network and experience within the diamonds, jewellery or watch industry will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Highly motivated and self-driven, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  6. Ability to travel locally & interstate regularly for client meetings, trade fairs, and conferences.
  7. You must have Australian residency and a current driver's licence.
